AN ACTIVITY FOR YOU.

What are your strengths? A Job interview is about the only situation in which you get asked this very important question.

Do you know the answer? Let me give you a minute while you write down your long list.

1. ______________________

2. ______________________

3. ______________________

4. ______________________

5. ______________________

You did manage to write down (or make a mental note) of at least 5 strengths, didn’t you? Well didn’t you? I’m guessing you struggled. Well if you struggled, this seems to be the norm. The majority of people do not know their own strengths. On the other hand if I gave you the task of writing down your weaknesses, 5 spaces on the list, may not have been enough.

So going back to the job interview and that REALLY AWKWARD SILENCE (bird’s chirping in the background), when you have no idea how to answer the Question: What are your strengths?

Looking a job or a career path? That will be hard when you know little about yourself.
